Encouraged by their positive feedback and an increasing demand for organic products, I took the step and established the company “Fruchtsäfte Schäfer” (Schäfer fruit juices).
Over the following 20 years a wide range of organic products have been developed that appeal to all age groups.

Mit diesem Feedback und mit der steigenden Nachfrage nach „so“ erzeugten Produkten, wagte ich den Schritt und gründete die Firma „Fruchtsäfte Schäfer“.
Aus dieser ursprünglichen Idee entstand über mittlerweile 20 Jahre ein reichhaltiges Sortiment für jede Altersgruppe.

Ulrike Schäfer has worked as a consultant, project manager, trainer and software developer in the area of SGML / XML-based document and content management since 1994.
