Once funding is approved, applicants are required to start their project promptly.
A delay of over 6 months without proper justification will result in clawback of any unspent funds.
Applications for financial support of excursions can continue to be made via the Referat FIN 3 (Ms. Krick).

Im Falle einer Bewilligung führt im Sinne eines zügigen Mittelabrufs eine Verzögerung des Projektstarts um mehr als sechs Monate ohne ausreichende Begründung ggf. zur Rückforderung der noch nicht verausgabten Mittel.
Finanzielle Unterstützung von Exkursionen kann weiterhin über das Referat FIN 3 (Frau Krick) beantragt werden.
