Mr. Steiner paid a visit to Mani Bhavan besides meeting with Director Sabyasachi Mukherjee of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya ( formerly known as the Prince of Wales Museum ).
Thereafter, Mr. Steiner and his wife met Mr. Khushroo Suntook, Chairman of the NCPA and enjoyed a piano recital at the experimental theatre at NCPA.
In Pune, the Ambassador’s schedule included visits to the Volkswagen plant, which coincided with the rolling out of the 100,000th VW car manufactured at the Pune plant and the Indian Institute of Science, Education and Research (IISER).
