Von 1995 bis 1998 war Reinhard Haberfellner Generaldirektor der ?Styria? und legte in dieser Zeit das Fundament für den Übergang von einem klassischen Druck- und Verlagshaus zu einem modernen Medienunternehmen mit verschiedensten Tätigkeitsbereichen.
Die Umwandlung in eine Aktiengesellschaft mit 1. Juli 1997 hat dafür neue, zeitgemäße Strukturen geschaffen.
