Ich wurde nervös, fahrig, Albträume plagten mich zunehmend des Nachts, manchmal zuckte ich auch tagsüber scheinbar unmotiviert zusammen.
Ich igelte mich stark ein und begann, Fenster und Türen mit Materialien, die ich eigens im Baumarkt besorgte, abzudichten.
