AVZ – the abbreviation stands for Allgemeines Verfügungszentrum.
This is what is currently being built on the land next to the university library at the Adolf Reichwein Straße campus.

The background to the guidelines are the experiences made by various internal institutions and the introduction of the “ Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz ” ( Act for Equal Treatment ) in 2006 that urgently recommends an internal agreement like this.
In April 2009, RUB additionally created the working group “ Faires Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz ” ( Fair Behaviour at Work ).

Hintergrund ist neben den Beratungserfahrungen unterschiedlicher hochschulinterner Institutionen auch die Einführung des Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetzes von 2006, das in seinen Handlungsempfehlungen eine solche interne Vereinbarung nachdrücklich empfiehlt.
Im April 2009 hat sich an der RUB zudem der Arbeitskreis „ Faires Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz “ konstituiert.
