6.1 With respect to all products to be delivered, the Parties agree on the following material characteristics (Beschaffenheit) and scope of the warranties of Merck:
6.1.1 The products delivered by Merck correspond to the applicable published specifications set forth in the catalogue (electronic or otherwise), certificates provided with the products or on the label.

6.1.1 Die von Merck gelieferten Produkte entsprechen den jeweiligen Spezifikationen, wie sie im (elektronischen oder sonstigen) Katalog von Merck veröffentlicht oder in den Produkten beigefügten Zertifikaten oder auf dem Etikett abgedruckt sind.
