The Chair in Entrepreneurial Finance was established in 2001 by the DtA (today:
KfW-Bankengruppe) as the first and for a long time the sole chair in entrepreneurial finance in Germany.

www.ef.wi.tum.deIf company shares are acquired by at least 10 %, and the shareholder has participated continuously in the company for at least one year, then the profit from the sales of the shares is exempt from Corporate Income Tax, if the acquisition of the shares was registered with the tax authorities within 75 days.
Sales of the shares in Hungarian real estate companies by foreign shareholders are subject to 19% Corporate Income Tax, if there is no DTA and/or Hungary has the right to tax because of the DTA.
Until now, real estate companies have included companies where the market value of the real estate exceeds 75% of the total assets.
www.tpa-horwath.comWerden Gesellschaftsanteile zu zumindest 10 Prozent erworben und ist der Gesellschafter mindestens 1 Jahr durchgehend am Unternehmen beteiligt, so ist der Gewinn aus dem Beteiligungsverkauf von der Körperschaftsteuer befreit, wenn der Erwerb der Beteiligung den Finanzbehörden innerhalb von 75 Tagen gemeldet wurde.
Veräußerungen ausländischer Eigentümer von Beteiligungen an ungarischen Immobiliengesellschaften unterliegen der 19%igen Körperschaftsteuer, sofern kein DBA vorliegt bzw. das DBA Ungarn das Besteuerungsrecht zuweist.
Als Immobiliengesellschaften galten bislang Gesellschaften, bei denen der Marktwert der Immobilien 75% des gesamten Vermögens übersteigt.
