The contents of the Einteilung der Klassen und Unterklassen sowie die Warenliste (list of classes and subclasses as well as the list of goods), published in Bundesanzeiger (Federal Gazette, www.bundesanzeiger.de), correspond to the ninth edition of the International Classification for Industrial Designs under the Locarno Agreement (Locarno Classification).
The Locarno Classification is adopted in two authentic versions, in English and French, and published by WIPO.

Die jährlich im Bundesanzeiger (www.bundesanzeiger.de) bekannt gemachte Einteilung der Klassen und Unterklassen sowie die Warenliste entsprechen inhaltlich der zehnten Ausgabe der Internationalen Klassifikation nach dem Abkommen von Locarno (Locarno-Klassifikation).Da... hinaus werden in dieser Warenliste auch neue nationale Warenbegriffe aufgenommen.
Die Locarno-Klassifikation wird im Original in englischer und französischer Fassung beschlossen und von der WIPO herausgegeben.
