Raas trat – befristet bis zum Ablauf der Hauptversammlung – bereits Ende Juli 2013 per gerichtlicher Bestellung in den Aufsichtsrat ein.
Er ergänzte damit die Seite der Anteilseigner als Nachfolger des Anfang Juli 2013 verstorbenen Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. mult . Erich Greipl .
