The lease for around 375 sqm of warehouse space, 90 sqm of office space and 540 sqm of general storage space was signed with VVR Wall GmbH, a company specialising in outdoor advertising.
With the signing of this lease, the rest of the remaining space in the current expansion of the Gewerbepark City-West has been leased.
Vivico began the realisation of the industrial park in 2005.
