Our center for stem cell therapy is an accredited member of the Deutschen Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Knochenmark- und Blutstammzelltransplantation.
The ward is also a member of the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) as well as of the Deutsche Pflegearbeitsgruppe für Knochenmarktransplantation.
Together with the field for stem cell therapy of the Clinic for Pediatrics at the University Hospital Jena (Prof Dr. J. Beck), we applied for the so-called JACIE certificate for transplantation centers in Europe.

Zudem ist die Klinik Mitglied der EBMT (European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation) und die Station 520 Mitglied in der Deutschen Pflegearbeitsgruppe für Knochenmarktransplantation.
Blutstammzellen können zur nachfolgenden Transplantation aus dem Knochenmark oder Blut gewonnen werden.
