Kurze Zeit wohnten die Kohls noch im privaten Teil des Bungalows, während Nachfolger Schröder hin und wieder offizielle Termine abhielt.
Ab 1999 stand das Gebäude leer.

www.goethe.deDie 142 Quadratmeter große Kanzlerwohnung selbst, derzeit weitgehend unmöbliert, trotzdem eng und wegen der introvertierten Ausrichtung auf den Innenhof ohne jede Großzügigkeit, macht die Besucher nachdenklich und sprachlos.
Hier in diesen engen, auf das kleine Atrium orientierten Räumen sollen die Kohls gewohnt haben?
