After his commercial management training at OTTO and a degree in Business Administration at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg, Marco Gaspar worked in various sales and marketing positions at OTTO from 1993 to 2001.
As soon as Schober Direct Media had been set up as a joint venture, in 2001, he moved to this company where he developed MarketBase as a product and also the Database Consulting division.

Mit Gründung des Joint Ventures Schober Direct Media wechselte er 2001 in das Unternehmen und baute das Produkt MarketBase sowie den Bereich Database-Consulting auf.
