With advice and additional support from the project, a united credit union association ( UOKS ) was founded, which will take over liquidity balancing and refinancing functions for members.
Cooperation with the Volksbank Ukraine AG was also initiated by the project through the German Cooperative and Raiffeisen Confederation.
The newly founded UOKS, in cooperation with the Volksbank Ukraine, is to take over the tasks of an apex financial institution until the sector can found its own ' central bank. '
