Unterföhring, 24. Juni 2013 – Die Vodafone Vierte Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, eine Tochter der Vodafone Group Plc, hat heute ihre Absicht bekannt gegeben, die Kabel Deutschland Holding AG zu erwerben.

According to § 21 of the German Securities Trading Act ( Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - WpHG ) shareholders are obliged to notify any changes in their voting rights in relation to their shares held in RIB Software AG in the event that their holdings meet , exceed or fall short of the legal thresholds .
Shareholders concerned by these requirements have to notify the change in voting rights without undue delay to RIB Software AG and simultaneously to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht - BaFin) within four trading days under consideration of § 22 (1) and (2) of the WpHG.

Gemäß den § 21 ff. des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) sind Aktionäre zur Mitteilung von Änderungen ihrer Stimmrechte an der RIB Software AG verpflichtet, sofern die gesetzlichen Schwellenwerte erreicht, über- oder unterschritten werden.
Hiervon betroffene Aktionäre haben die Veränderung ihrer Stimmrechte unverzüglich der RIB Software AG und gleichzeitig der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) spätestens innerhalb von vier Handelstagen unter Beachtung von § 22 Abs. 1 und 2 WpHG mitzuteilen.
