For a good 12 months the camera spied on some of the more interesting characters of the market, both at work and at play :
a fisherwoman (her family trade passed down through the generations for 5000 years); a 70-year-old mushroom collector, an organic market gardener and his son Sébastien, a woman from Cameroon and the Vevey region’s oldest farmer with her bachelor son.
As the seasons change a woman who sells poultry and a florist also make their appearance at the market.
