He entered the International Trade Department of Bayer France S.A. in 1992 where he was in charge of financial support for international trade operations of the Bayer Group.
In 1995 he took over the responsibility of Bayer ’ s titanium dioxide and lightfast pigment business in France.
In 1997 he transferred to Bayer AG in Germany where he occupied several sales manager functions in the field of Iron Oxide ( Bayferrox ) and High Performance Organic Pigments.
