It was given a College of Relators, assigned to take care of the preparation of the " Positiones super vita et virtutibus (o super martyrio) of Servants of God.

Februar desselben Jahres, bedeuteten ihrerseits eine tiefgreifende Reform hinsichtlich der Prozedur im Heiligsprechungsverfahren und, damit verbunden, eine nicht unwesentliche Umstrukturierung der Kongregation.
Letztere zeigte sich vor allem in der Schaffung eines Kollegiums sogenannter “ Relatoren ”, die die Aufgabe haben, die Vorbereitung der “ Positio super Martyrio ” oder “ super Vita et Virtutibus ” der Diener bzw. Dienerinnen Gottes zu besorgen.
