Corporate Finance behandelt die betriebliche Finanz- und Investitionswirtschaft und setzt sich unter anderem vertieft mit den Fragen der optimalen Kapitalstruktur, der Steuerlehre sowie den Methoden der Unternehmens- und Aktienbewertung und der Analyse von Investitionsentscheidungen auseinander.
