Er kommt nach Auswertung vieler Studien zu dem Schluss, dass nur eine Kombination aus OBD und Auspuffrohren das optimale Diesel- und Benzin-Ausstoßtestsystem für eine 100%ige Überprüfung sein kann.
In der ersten Sitzung des Workshops C referierte Manfred Rudhart eindrucksvoll mit seiner Präsentation zum Thema „Komplexe Lichtsysteme erfordern präzise Messausstattung – digitale Scheinwerferüberprüfung und -einstellung“.
