Zum Abschluss der Tagung diskutierten Christoph Flury vom Bundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz, André Duvillard vom Sicherheitsverbund Schweiz (SVS) und Hanspeter von Flüe, Bevölkerungsschutz-Verantwortlicher des Kantons Bern, die praktische Umsetzung von Resilienz in der Schweiz.
