Die Bronzeskulptur « Das Höllentor » von Auguste Rodin schmückt seit 1949 die Fassade des Zürcher Kunsthauses.
Das fast sieben Meter hohe und acht Tonnen schwere Tor, welches der französische Bildhauer zwischen 1880 und 1917 schuf, ist eines von acht existierenden Exemplaren und zeigt 186 Figuren aus Dantes Inferno.

Since 1949 the bronze sculpture “ The Gates of Hell ” by Auguste Rodin adorns the facade of the Zurich Kunsthaus.
The eight ton heavy and almost seven meter high Gate, which the French sculptor created between 1880 and 1917, is one of eight existing casts and features 186 figures from Dante ’ s Inferno.
