Anhand der Fallstudie von CDU TV, dem 2007 gegründeten Web-Fernsehen der Bundespartei, trug der Programmleiter u.a. über Philosophie, Strategie, Einsatzmöglichkeiten, Formate, Wirkung und Zielgruppen dieses innovativen Kommunikationsinstruments vor.
Brauckmann betonte gleichwohl, dass die Vorgehensweise „made in Germany“ keinesfalls eins-zu-eins auf Mosambik angewandt werden könne.
