Nach Absage der Runde 11 des Globalen Fonds hat BACKUP Niger und andere Länder bei der Antragstellung zum Transitional Funding Mechanism TFM erfolgreich unterstützt.
In der Übergangsphase des neuen Finanzierungsmodells unterstützte BACKUP 2013 vom Globalen Fonds ausgewählte Early Applicants bei ihrer Antragstellung, darunter Myanmar, El Salvador und das regionale Zentrum für Schadensminderung Eurasian Harm Reduction Network EHRN.

In 2013, in the transitional phase of the new funding mechanism, BACKUP supported early applicants selected by the Global Fund with submitting their proposals.The applicants included Myanmar, El Salvador and the regional Eurasian Harm Reduction Network.
