Zu den Kernaufgaben des vierköpfigen Teams gehören das Reporting, die Organisation der verschiedenen Aufsichtsratssitzungen, die Finanzkontrolle, die Budgetverwaltung, die interne und externe Kommunikation sowie die Erarbeitung der Ausbildungsprogramme.

The Management Office (MO) takes care of the executive work of the systems biology initiative.
It is in charge of daily operations, prepares the various board meetings, runs the reporting, controlling and budgeting and is responsible for internal and external communication, as well as SystemsX.ch's education program.
