Darüber hinaus unterstützt das Goethe-Zentrum Kulturveranstaltungen, die in Absprache mit dem Goethe-Institut New York aus deutschen öffentlichen Mitteln finanziert werden, und bietet zudem eigene Kulturveranstaltungen an, die allein durch Sponsorengelder oder in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Kulturmittlern am Ort ermöglicht werden.
Das Goethe-Zentrum hat zudem einen Lese- und Veranstaltungssaal, ausgestattet mit hochtechnologischen Filmvorführgeräten.
