Mehrere Vorstandsämter können nicht in einer Person vereinigt werden. d ) Scheidet ein Mitglied des Vorstandes vor Ablauf der Amtsperiode aus, ist von einer Mitgliederversammlung für den Rest der Amtzeit ein neues Vorstandsmitglied hinzuzuwählen. e ) Der Vorstand führt die Geschäfte des Vereins.
Im Innenverhältnis gilt, dass der Vorstand zum Abschluss von Grundstücksgeschäften jeglicher Art sowie von Geschäften mit einem Geschäftswert von mehr als DM 10.000, -- für den Einzelfall der vorherigen Zustimmung durch die Mitgliederversammlung bedarf.
Im übrigen gibt sich der Vorstand eine Geschäftsordnung. f ) Der Vorstand tritt mindestens sechsmal im Jahr zusammen, ansonsten nach Bedarf oder wenn drei seiner Mitglieder dies beantragt.
