Ein Programm in Höhe von 276 Millionen DM erreichte die Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (JCC) zur weltweiten Finanzierung und Förderung von Organisationen und Institutionen, die Sozialdienste für jüdische NS-Opfer unterhalten.
Gefördert wurden daraus über 230 Projekte in 20 Ländern, überwiegend in den USA, Israel und den GUS-Staaten.
