Für die Stereoqualität entscheidende Parameter wie Farbanpassung, Stereogeometrie oder die Ausrichtung der beiden Kameras können sich von Szene zu Szene in Abhängigkeit von Motiv, Inhalten, Nah- und Fernpunkt sowie Konvergenz- und Fokusebene ändern.

The stereoscopic analyzer assistance system – known as STAN for short – supports camera operators, stereographers and the whole production team in the production of 3D recording.
Parameters which are vital in determining the quality of the stereo – like color matching, stereo geometry or the positioning of the two cameras – can vary from scene to scene depending on shot motif and content, near and far objects, convergence planes and depths of focus.
