Die äusseren Geschlechtsorgane sind unterschiedlich stark virilisiert, es besteht eine vergrösserte Klitoris mit Hypospadie, das Skrotum ist leer und manchmal besteht eine obliterierte Vagina.
Die inneren Genitalien ( Ovar, Tuba uterina und Vagina ) sind normal und eine Schwangerschaft ist möglich!
