Weyrichsbruch, Rösterkopf
Der Knüppeldamm führt Wanderer gefahrlos über ein ökologisch sensibles Quellmoor, im Volksmund Weyrichsbruch genannt. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine ca. 60.000qm große Fläche in einer Höhenlage von 610 bis 640 üNN.
Die Fläche ist im Wesentlichen durch einen 100-jährigen Moorbirkenbestand mit Pfeifengrasvorkommen und dicken Torfmoorpolstern geprägt.

The corduroy road leads hikers without danger across an ecologically sensitive bog, known locally as Weyrichsbruch, an area of about 14.8 acres / 60,000 m² at an elevation of 2,001 ft / 610 m to 2,100 ft / 640 m above sea level.
The area is essentially characterized by a 100-year-old stand of white birches with molinia grass and thick patches of peat moss.
