Wir befassen uns mit der numerischen Lösung partieller Differentialgleichungen aus der Strömungs- und Kontinuumsmechanik.
Die Diskretisierung erfolgt hauptsächlich mit Finite Element Methoden verbunden mit a posteriori Fehlerschätzern und adaptiver Gitterverfeinerung.

Our group is concerned with the numerical solution of partial differential equations from fluid and continuums mechanics.
