Das zu entwickelnde Messsystem umfasst sowohl ein Messgerät mit einer neuartigen kinematischen Struktur als auch speziell auf diese Struktur angepasste Algorithmen zur Fehleridentifikation.
Um eine simultane Erfassung von sowohl translatorischen als auch rotatorischen Abweichungen zu ermöglichen, ist für das Messgerät ist eine kinematische Struktur auf Basis alternativer Kugelkoordinaten vorgesehen.
Im weiteren Verlauf werden in dem Forschungsvorhaben spezielle, mathematische Algorithmen entwickelt, mit denen eine hochgenaue Identifikation der vorhandenen Maschinenfehler auf Basis der teilweise redundanten Messdaten möglich ist.

It is intended to use a kinematic structure based on alternative spherical coordinates for the measuring instrument, in order to facilitate that both translational and rotational deviations are determined simultaneously.
In the further course of the research project, special mathematical algorithms are developed enabling a high-precision identification of existing machine errors on the basis of the measuring data, which are partly redundant.
