Die klinische Verdachtsdiagnose ( diphtheroid-nekrotisierende Laryngitis ) wurde durch die Laryngotracheoskopie bestätigt.
Im Anschluss erfolgte eine Laryngotomie mit Resektion des nekrotischen Gewebes.

Eine postoperative Gewebshyperplasie im Bereich des Kehlkopfes kann ein ähnliches klinisches Bild wie eine diphtheroid-nektrotisierende Laryngitis hervorrufen.
Eine weitere Operation kann durchaus Erfolg versprechend sein.

A postoperative laryngeal tissue hypertrophy can cause similar clinical signs as a diphtheroid necrotic laryngitis.
A further surgical tissue resection can be very promising.
