Mehrere Stufen der Automatisierung erlauben dem Nutzer das gewünschte Mass an Kontrolle, von der automatischen Stapelbearbeitung bis zur vollständig manuellen Analyse - oder einer Kombination, z.B. bestehend aus automatischer Analyse gefolgt von manuellem Nachbessern fehlerhaft eingezeichneter Ringgrenzen und Löschen irrtümlich erkannter Leitgefässe.
Um die Erkennungsrate der automatischen Analyse zu optimieren können eine Vielzahl von Systemparametern angepasst werden.
