Die Verhandlungsdelegationen der Post CH AG und der PostFinance AG, der Ge-werkschaft syndicom und des Personalverbandes transfair haben sich bei den Lohnverhandlungen für das Jahr 2014 geeinigt.
Die Mitarbeitende erhalten eine Einmalzahlung von 700 Franken, während 0,8 Prozent der Lohnsumme für die Ho-norierung der individuellen Leistungen eingesetzt wird.

The negotiation delegations of Post CH Ltd and PostFinance Ltd, the trade union syndicom and the staff association transfair have reached an agreement on pay negotiations for 2014.
The employees will receive a one-off payment of CHF 700, while 0.8 percent of the total salary sum will be allocated to individual perform-ance-related remuneration.
