Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2409/92 wird mit Wirkung vom 1. November 2008 aufgehoben und durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1008/2008 über gemeinsame Vorschriften für die Durchführung von Luftverkehrsdiensten in der Gemeinschaft ersetzt.
Diese Verordnung führt insbesondere neue Vorschriften für die Erteilung von Betriebsgenehmigungen an Luftfahrtunternehmen ein.

Since 1 November 2008, Regulation (EC) No 2409/92 has been repealed and replaced by Regulation (EC) No 1008/2008 establishing common rules for the operation of air services in the Community.
In particular, this Regulation introduces new rules on passenger fares and prices for the carriage of cargo.
