In diesem Zusammenhang bilden die Verknüpfung von Training mit Existenzgründungsberatung und einem angemessenen Angebot an Finanzdienstleitungen (Mikrofinanzierung) Voraussetzungen für die Beschäftigungsrelevanz der Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen.
Berufsbildung trägt auch hier – neben der Sicherung und Erhöhung von Einkommen – zum Empowerment dieser Zielgruppen als Teil der Zivilgesellschaft bei.“
