Erste Auswertungen der Messungen haben gezeigt, dass beim Einsatz von Biotreibstoffen die Partikelemissionen, und insbesondere die Rußemissionen, gegenüber herkömmlichem Kerosin im Abgas stark reduziert sind.
Zudem sind die gas- und partikelförmigen Emissionen von Schwefelverbindungen deutlich verringert.
