Umstrittene Patente EvB und Betroffene klagen beim Europäischen Patentamt
Die Erklärung von Bern hat zusammen mit dem dem African Center for Biosafety ( ACB ) beim Europäischen Patentamt in München Einspruch gegen zwei Patente von Schwabe Arzneimittel eingelegt, welche die medizinische Nutzung der Kap-Pelargonie nutzen wollen.
