Vor diesem Hintergrund hat die Geschäftsstelle in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sekretariat der KdK einen Entwurf für die erneuerte Rahmenvereinbarung ausgearbeitet.
Dieser wurde nach der Vernehmlassung bei Bund, Kantonen und verschiedenen Organisationen in angepasster Form Ende vom Bundesrat und der Plenarversammlung der KdK verabschiedet.
Die erneuerte Rahmenvereinbarung ist am 1. Januar 2012 in Kraft getreten und gilt bis Ende 2015.

An amended version of this was adopted by the Federal Council and the plenary session of the CCG at the end of 2011 after consulting the Confederation, the cantons and various organisations.
The renewed framework agreement came into force on 1 January 2012 and is valid until the end of 2015.
