Das Vertrauensverhältnis, das die Eltern in dem Seminar zu den BeraterInnen ( SAFE ® -MentorInnen ) aufgebaut haben, wird dazu genutzt, den Eltern ein Beratungsangebot und eine telefonische Hotline anzubieten.
Diese Hotline ist eine „sichere Basis" für die Eltern, damit diese in akut schwierigen Situationen (z. B. einem Schreianfall des Säuglings) zwischen den Modulen Information, Beratung und Unterstützung erhalten und somit in ihrer Entwicklung von elterlichen Kompetenzen sicherer werden können.
www.safe-programm.deIII SAFE ® - Hotline The trusting relationship that has been developed between the parents and the counselors ( SAFE ® mentors ) over the course of the seminar is used to further offer the parents counseling and a telephone hotline.
This hotline provides a "safe base" for the parents, enabling them to access information, counseling, and support between the modules if they get into difficulties (e.g., the infant has a tantrum).
