Krude und archaisch anmutend, scheinen diese Landschaften der Erosion seit Urzeiten ausgesetzt zu sein, dabei handelt es sich doch um ein modernes Material, das - sehr zur Freude der Künstler - lediglich in einem rohen Verarbeitungszustand belassen werden muss, um so alt auszusehen.

With their somehow crude and archaic feel, these landscapes seem to have been exposed to erosion since the dawn of time, and yet the material is a modern one, which - to the great delight of the artists - merely has to be left in a raw, untreated state to look so old.
