Wir müssen pseudopastorale Ausflüchte vermeiden, die diese Fragen auf einer rein horizontalen Ebene ansiedeln, auf der es darum geht, subjektive Forderungen zufriedenzustellen, um um jeden Preis eine Erklärung der Nichtigkeit zu erreichen – unter anderem zu dem Zweck, Hindernisse auszuräumen, die dem Empfang des Sakraments der Buße und der Eucharistie im Wege stehen.
Das hohe Gut der Wiederzulassung zur eucharistischen Kommunion nach der sakramentalen Versöhnung erfordert dagegen, das wahre Wohl der Personen im Auge zu haben, das untrennbar mit der Wahrheit ihrer kirchenrechtlichen Situation verbunden ist.
Es wäre ein fiktives Wohl und ein schwerwiegender Mangel an Gerechtigkeit und Liebe, wenn man ihnen dennoch den Weg zum Empfang der Sakramente ebnen würde.
