Dieses Ergebnis veranlasste zu der Fragestellung, was zum Anstieg der Wohnzufriedenheit geführt hat und welche sozialen Gruppen von der Verbesserung der objektiven Wohnqualität profitiert haben.
Im Auftrag der MA 50 – Referat Wohnbauforschung führte SORA eine Sonderauswertung der beiden Datensätze (LIW I und LLIW II) durch, welche diese Fragestellungen in zwei Modulen behandelt und in weiterer Folge daraus Schlussfolgerungen für die Wohnraumpolitik ableitet.

Die im Rahmen dieser Studie gestellte Frage zielt auf die soziale Gerechtigkeit in Bezug auf das Wohnen und die Veränderungen in den letzten Jahren ab.
