Bei den Waren, für die die Aussetzung der Zölle gilt, handelt es sich um Waffen, Munition sowie deren Teile und Zubehör, bestimmte Edelgase, Sprengstoffe, Zündkapseln, bestimmte Erzeugnisse zu fotografischen Zwecken und bestimmte chemische Erzeugnisse.
Laut der Verordnung gilt die Aussetzung auch für eingeführte Teile und Baugruppen, die zum Einbau oder zur Montage in die in den Anhängen aufgeführten Waren oder zur Verwendung bei Ausbildungen oder bei der Prüfung dieser Waren erforderlich sind.

3.The goods on which the duties are suspended are arms and ammunition, including parts and accessories, certain rare gases, explosives, detonators, certain photographic materials and certain chemical products.
The Regulation also applies the suspension of customs duties to imported parts, components and sub-assemblies that are to be incorporated into or fitted to the goods in the annexes or which are necessary for training or testing.
