Deswegen gründete der Anatolier den „Verein der Zaza-Sprache“, brachte ein Lehrbuch für Kinder in seiner Muttersprache heraus und arbeitete als Redakteur bei den – zur zeit aus finanziellen Gründen eingestellten – Zaza-Zeitschriften „Çime“ sowie „Zazaki“.
2011 wechselte er an die LMU, um sich dem Bachelor-Studiengang „Naher und Mittlerer Osten“ mit Schwerpunkt Iranistik und Turkologie zu widmen.

So he set up a “Zazaki League”, wrote a textbook for children in Zazaki, and worked as a journalist for the erstwhile Zazaki publications “Çime” and “Zazaki”.
