Für die Versuche stehen u.a. ein Zugmodul und ein Biegemodul der Firma Kammrath & Weiss zur Verfügung, welche für Versuche mit kleinen Proben in-situ im REM verwendet werden können (Filmbeispiel) .

For the experiments, there is a tensile test machine and a bending module available, both manufactured by Kammrath & Weiss.Those two machines can be used for tests of small samples in-situ in a scanning electron microscope ( SEM ), see the movie example.
