Zugleich beginnt sich die Tonspur, zu Beginn noch eindeutig den Bereichen Büro und Fabrik zugeordnet, immer mehr zu durchmischen, aufgesprengt durch abrupte, reflexionsartige Stillemomente.
Währenddessen laufen die Förderbänder in der Werkshalle auf Hochtouren – die „Papierarbeit“, die der Titel mehrdeutig anspricht, scheint in dem Industrie-Setting selbst keinen Platz mehr zu haben bzw. ist längst anderswohin ausgelagert.
